Attention Students:

Attendance is being coded on a daily basis. An absence on a hybrid day is unexcused until you submit a parent note or a medical note to the front office. If your parent calls and verifies your absence, we can also accept the phone call as a parent note.

Absences on virtual days are documented as well.  If you have a situation that prevents you from meeting one of the virtual attendance requirements within 7 days, you will be marked virtually unexcused. In these circumstances, you must also provide either a parent note or a medical note to have the absence excused.

Three parent notes are allowed per semester. At 5 unexcused absences, you and your parents (or guardians) will be required to attend an attendance plan meeting. Students who miss 10% of the year (18 days or more), whether those are excused or unexcused absences, are considered chronically absent.

*Attention Faculty, Staff and Students

Pink Day will be Monday, October 26 and Friday October 30 in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Day

* If you are competitive, driven, fun loving, and studious, we need you NOW! Scholastic Bowl practice begins next week and district matches begin in December. Like Quiz Bowl, students compete by answering questions.

Contact Cheryl Wade via email, or sign up on the door of Room 177 today!
