Everyone has forgotten important things before. Remind is a third-party app which allows teachers to communicate with students and parents through text message or e-mail. I plan to use this service to let parents and students receive reminders about progress reports, report cards, upcoming test dates or due dates for projects. A letter was sent home with students during the first week of school to inform parents about this service. If you'd like to subscribe, then please follow the directions listed below.
To sign up for RemindMe, there are three options:
- Send a text message to 81010 with the appropriate class code located below including the @ symbol.
- Download the app to your Android or iOS device and submit the appropriate class code including the @ symbol.
- Using a web browser, such as Google Chrome, type in the URL: www.remind.com/join/ After the word join and the last forward slash, enter the class code without the @ symbol.

After signing up, the service will ask you to provide your first and last name. This allows me to know who has signed up for the service.
